Sena Kalyan Constructions and Developments
Sena Kalyan Constructions and Developments (SKCD) is a sister concern of Sena Kalyan Sangtha (SKS) which is a trust owned organization and operated by Bangladesh Army. SKCD started their journey as developer in 1ST July 2009 as public limited coy organization to earn profit through construction and developments. In October 2012, SKCD was incorporated as limited company under registrar of joint stock companies & firms, Bangladesh.It commenced its development work of construction of flats at Mirpur DOHS from December in 2009. The company builds and develops the residential and commercial buildings, apartments for accommodation and sell. Besides it arranges land for the purpose of development and participate in the tender for other development works for individual, non-government and government organizations and entities.
